Minutes for board meeting:

 

 

At 5:25 pm President Stan Ware opened the meeting, and ask Judy Gulley for the total amount in the checking, Judy’s report was $ 11,917.26 in the account.

 

All board members agreed to have (1) checking account for the membership.

 

Old Business

 

Rodeos for Valley Center, City of Industry, are signed, we are waiting for Barstow, Hesperia,

Barstow suggested we have an open roping for the PRCA members, to enter NPRA

 

Brent Gulley advised all members and new members to read the rules for NPRA

and also suggested we hold back $ 5.00 per entry for year end awards

 

Walt ask about face book to advertise for new members, it was suggested by Bob Bridges to run an ad in Roper sports news, but that will take to long to get in the paper.

 

So Bob June said he would put a few ads on Craig’s list  to see if we can’t generate more

members.

 

New Business

 

1st rodeo confirmed for March 31 for Riverside Ranchero’s 2 goes start at 10 am

Stan Ware & Bob Bridges meet with Valley Center and signed contract for May 25,26

Rodeo.

Stan Ware suggested Bob Bridges contact Drill Team for the Rodeo,

Bob Bridges is in charge for the Saddle, for the Valley Center Rodeo.

  

 Fred           contacted Stan Ware about using the non profit # to sell a car and split the proceeds. all proceeds will be donated to some charity of choice.

 

Everyone is to try and get new members for the NPRA

 

Meeting adjourned at 7:00pm next meeting will be at Riversid Ranchero’s on

March 31, 2012
